Myrica Jones

A contemporary artist with a background in gilding, special paint effects and mural work, I have recently returned to my original passion of fine art. 

I am based in the Cotswolds, surrounded by a thriving artistic community.

I've used many different media over the years, such as clay, acrylics, and pastels. I am currently enjoying the power I am finding in large-scale figurative artwork produced with ink. These pieces take the form of large-scale line drawings.  All works are available to buy.  Original works are also available in limited edition prints produced by King and McGaw.

I never know where my inspiration is going to come from. It might be something I see in nature, a texture, a fabric, words or a post on social media. That's what makes it fun!
